Welcome to a tropical paradise that desperately wants you dead. In Don't Follow, you step into the shell of a hungry little crab searching for its ultimate feast on a beautifully twisted beach. A locked shop blocks your path, and the only way out is to smash the scattered coconuts to find a hidden key. But here is the catch: the island lies. Mysterious signs and guideposts are everywhere, but they are designed to deceive you, cloud your judgment, and lure you straight into deadly traps. To survive, you must question everything, ignore the voices, and remember the ultimate rule written in the title itself: Don't Follow.

This project holds a very special place in my heart as it is not only my first-ever game jam submission but also the literal first game I have developed in my entire life! I desperately wanted to make it playable directly in your browser, but due to some stubborn, last-minute WebGL compilation errors, I couldn't launch the web version in time. Because of this, I kindly ask you to download the executable file to experience my creation. Since I am at the absolute beginning of my game development journey, your honest reviews, bug reports, and constructive criticism are incredibly valuable to me.
